I had a wonderful stay at Coolrooms Palacio Villapanes. the beautiful design and high level of service made my experience nice. However, I found the lobby setup somewhat chaotic, detracting from the overall elegance. The roof terrace was a nice touch, though it could use some enhancements for a more inviting atmosphere.
